How long will it take to build my house?
A house build depending on the size and design can take anywhere from six to 12 months to build. We work with great subcontractors who work in timely manner to ensure our projects run on time.
What sort of guarantees do you offer?
We are members of Register Master Builders and we can offer a 10 year Master Builder Guarantee.
Can I visit my build?
We encourage our clients to visit their site regularly with Nigel. It’s great to see progress!
Do I need a deposit?
Yes. We prepare a contract for all our new builds which outlines all payments including the deposit.
Do you offer free quotes?
We can provide an estimate for most projects and a full quote for new builds.

Do you offer house and land packages?

Do you have plans available.?
Yes. We have a variety of plans. Anywhere from 150sqm to 300sqm.
Do you do building inspections?
Written building inspections are not something we offer anymore sorry.
